  • Calvary
    This is the church-wide email list for Calvary. It will inform you of all upcoming events, cancellations and activities including our "What's happening at Calvary" newsletter. Frequency: 1-3 times a week
     
  • Students
    This email list will keep you updated on upcoming events for our student's 6th-12th grade. Frequency: periodically
     
  • enJOY
    This email list will keep you updated on upcoming events for our ladies 13 and up. Frequency: periodically
     
  • Men's
    This email list will keep you updated on upcoming events for our Men 25 and up. Frequency: periodically
     
  • Upward
    This email list will keep you updated on upcoming events, cancellations, registrations and general information associated with Upward at Calvary. Frequency: periodically during season, limited during off-season.

Q: I already receive the "What's happening at Calvary" email... Do I still need to sign up for this?
A: Yes. If you want to continue receiving emails from Calvary, including "What's happening at Calvary" then you must subscribe to a newsletter
Q: Why are you changing to this new newsletter format?
A: The change is to cut down on the amount of unsolicited SPAM (junk mail) you receive, and to give you more control over your personal information.
Q: What if I no longer want to receive the newsletter?
A: In each email you receive you will have an address you can go to and update your preferences. Whether you move or no longer wish to receive emails, you can unsubscribe at anytime!
Q: Why do I need to give my Birthday?
A: Your Birthday information is not required; however, we may use it to send you a Birthday card, or post in our bulletin.
Q: Will my email address be shared with everyone else who subscribes to a newsletter?
A: No! Your email address will be kept private. The only way others will have your address is if you give it to them. Others may already have your email address from prior newsletters; however, no longer will your email address be attached to the newsletter that everyone receives.
Q: Why do you need my address?
A: Your address is not required; however, we may from time to time send emails to members who live in specific counties or neighborhoods (school closings, schedules, etc...) and including this information will help us send emails to only those that apply, thus cutting down on the amount of unnecessary emails you receive.
Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email, am I still going to get the newsletter?
A: You will need to confirm your email address before we can send you our newsletter. Check your SPAM (junk mail) folder and go to the address we sent you. Be sure to add us to your safe senders list, so future emails will not end up missing.
