Enabling HTML in your newsletter preferences will give you emails that look more like web pages, with graphics such as a header
and pictures within the email. You will need to have an HTML enabled email reader (most are) to be able to see the images.
If you are not sure whether or not to choose HTML, you can always try it and then switch back
by updating your preferences later. here is a sample of what it might look like...
